I and some friends started affiliate marketing some months back. I got everybody together and asked if they all were making money since we all used the same strategies. Wow! I cant believe everyone's made so much money. I knew affiliate marketing was going to be easy with the strategies available to us. It was very easy to start, I think it is the best work at home job I have been involved in (we are all going on holiday next week, hust for the weekend though). I cant believe sites that advertise paid to read emails. Then they tell you, you can make $200 to $300 a day. There is no way anyone can make that kind of money a day with paid to read emails, you cant even make $10 a day and someone is telling you, you can make up to $300. The maximum payment you get for doing paid to read emails is $0.02. That is TWO CENTS for each mail you read and you dont get more than 3 mails to read a day. Ok, if you get about 5 emails a day (wishful thinking) that is $0.10 (TEN CENTS) multiply this by 30 days you get just $3.00 (Three Dollars) a month. It's just a complete waste of time.

Every now and then, we keep receiving adverts in our mails filled with so many home business/work at home opportunities. The question here is how many of these opportunities are really “opportunities”. There are real opportunities out there but most are not, some who call themselves gurus are just taking advantage of people with no internet marketing experience. They show you checks and bank accounts with bogus amounts that will make your eyes pop-out. The truth is that these “gurus” may be making money from the subscription that you pay to them to “teach you” how to make the kind of money they are making. Looking at these amounts in sites run by these “gurus”, you should ask your self why these “gurus” are charging people money to teach people to make residual income, why not teach me and create a way to charge me when I start making money. They will never dream of that because they want to make money off you. I have been a victim to most of these “gurus” and lost some money, it is sad to see continuously how these “gurus” take people for a ride. I have on my own and through mistakes that these “gurus” have put me through learnt a lot to know a couple of things, not everything, but things that I know will work and those that will not work and I am willing to share this info for free.
